Thanks for putting a deposit down and claiming your beef! Your transaction is complete and you will receive a receipt directly from PayPal.
We will be in touch with you via email in late October/early November with a final hanging weight and invoice as well as instructions for customizing your cuts and a pickup date. If your preferred email address is different from the one you used for the PayPal transaction, please send us a note on our Contact Us page with your preferred email address.
As a reminder, you will work with the butcher at Eickman’s Processing to customize the cuts of meat you get. You can see what the options are for various cuts on their website HERE. After the beef is aged and cut, you will pick up your quarter or half from Eickman’s located in Steward, IL.
