Our pigs are raised outdoors with no added hormones. Just like our cattle, most of the pigs in our care are never given antibiotics. However, if an animal becomes sick and our veterinarian recommends an antibiotic treatment, that is the humane thing to do. If antibiotics are given to an animal, there are strict withdrawal periods we follow to ensure the antibiotics clear the animal’s system before they go to market.

We currently have custom cut whole and half pigs available for preorder each year, ready in the fall. The price for bulk pork orders is $3.50/lb plus processing. You will work directly with the butcher to have your pork custom cut the way you like it! For more details on ordering:
